Who we are
Generations Collective is about reimagining healthcare. It was born from lived experience — from witnessing where care fractures, where people fall through the cracks, and where bodies carry stories far longer than any appointment allows, often in isolation.
We are a regenerative health collective rooted in the belief that care must honour the whole person, across the whole of life — from preconception to birth, childhood to adolescence, adulthood to elderhood, and into end-of-life and legacy.
We work from a full life-cycle lens, understanding health as something shaped slowly, relationally, and over time. Not as a series of isolated symptoms. Not only in moments of crisis.
Nothing exists in a vacuum.
Hormones, nervous systems, pelvic health, mental well-being, trauma, environment, privilege, relationships, and story — these are not separate silos. They speak to one another constantly. Our work begins by listening for those connections.
At Generations, care is collaborative, human, and grounded in both evidence and lived reality. Practitioners work with one another — and with families — to offer continuity, education, prevention, and support through transition. We create space for people to understand their bodies, make informed choices, and move through change with dignity and agency.
This is care that honours context.
Care that makes room for complexity.
Care that understands healing as nonlinear, relational, and deeply personal.
We are building something different — a place of refuge and learning, of steadiness and growth. A place where care is not rushed, fragmented, or transactional, but rather held with care in community.
Because health is not just about the moment you arrive.
It is shaped by where you’ve been, who you’re becoming, and who walks alongside you.
This is Generations Collective. Reimagining healthcare back to radical love, radical hospitality, humanity, and community.
What We Offer
At Generations Collective, what we offer cannot be reduced to appointments alone.
Yes — we offer individual care.
And also — we offer something wider, slower, and more relational.
A Collective of Care
Our practitioners span alternative and integrative health alongside medical care — including naturopaths, therapists, bodyworkers, pelvic health specialists, movement practitioners, and educators, working in relationship with nurse practitioners, medical doctors, and OBGYNs.
Care here is not siloed.
Practitioners collaborate across disciplines, pairing their lenses, sharing insight, and holding people together rather than handing them off. We believe the most meaningful care happens when bodies are seen from more than one angle — when knowledge overlaps, and when providers are in conversation with one another.
Beyond 1:1 — Care in Community
While we offer one-on-one services, one of the ways Generations is fundamentally different is our commitment to interdisciplinary group care.
We host small, time-bound cohorts — typically 10–12 weeks — where two or more practitioners guide a group through a shared focus:
a life transition, a health journey, a season of change, or a collective question.
These spaces blend education, embodiment, reflection, and connection. They make room for story, for learning together, for belonging. Healing does not happen in isolation — and neither should care.
A De-Medicalized Environment
We are intentionally reimagining what a clinic feels like.
No white walls.
No transactional waiting rooms.
No fluorescent silence.
Instead, Generations is built as a creative, accessible, human space — where care intersects naturally with life. Family rooms exist for longer conversations. Coffee tables invite connection. Children are welcome. Transactions happen quietly in the background, so people arrive and leave through community, not checkout desks.
Accessibility is not an add-on here. It is the foundation.
Full Life-Cycle Care
Generations offers care across the full span of life — from pre-conception to end-of-life, legacy, and grief. This work will unfold in phases.
Phase One (launching Spring 2026) focuses on reproductive and pelvic health, including:
Fertility and pre-conception care
Pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting
Pelvic health across the lifespan
Perimenopause and menopause
Grief, loss, and identity shifts
Future phases will expand to include pediatrics, adolescence, elder care, intergenerational programming, and end-of-life support.
Interconnection Across Generations
We believe health is shaped in relationship — not only with ourselves, but with one another and with the land beneath our feet.
At Generations, elders and youth share space. Teens and seniors create together. Knowledge moves both directions. We offer opportunities to reconnect to the earth, to creativity, to shared process — reminding us that we belong to something larger than our individual timelines.
Learning, Movement, and Meaning
We host workshops, speaker series, and community gatherings.
We offer movement for movement’s sake.
Creativity for creativity’s sake.
There is room here for joy and celebration.
And also for exhaustion, grief, and rest.
This is a soft place to land — without needing to be fixed.
Care That Is Accessible
We are committed to making care possible, not exclusive.
Generations offers sliding scale options, work-trade opportunities, and subsidized programming through our Foundation, which holds 20% ownership of the Collective.
Mental health support should not be a privilege.
Seeing a naturopath should not depend on private insurance.
Access to nourishment, supplements, and education should not be gatekept.
Care for Those Who Care
We also care for our clinicians.
Practitioners at Generations are paid weekly not only for client care, but for time to research, collaborate across disciplines, and invest back into the community — through service, teaching, and shared stewardship of the space.
Because regenerative care requires regenerative practices for caregivers.
